Approaching Trailhead!
Before you look at the Timothy Circle Trail Guide for young people, please read the following:
What the Trail Guide is:
This guide is designed for young people (ages 14-24), to help them better understand what call is and how they can discover their own calls from God.
How you can use it:
First, familiarize yourself with the Trail Guide. Read over the list of Trail Markers (you’ll find them all listed at the Trailhead). Click into a few of the markers on each hill (they all represent a different part of the journey and offer differing levels of guidance. Ask yourself which young people you know who could benefit from exploring the Trail on their own.
Rules for Usage:
Please keep this content on the site; don’t print it off and distribute it.
Call discernment isn’t secret information, but we’d like to conduct research on how young adults are using (and not using) the Trail Guide. Good research data depends on young people consistently accessing the Trail Guide exercises digitally instead of via printed materials. Timothy Circle accounts are free — please just direct young people to sign up for an account of their own.
What you can do to help a young person access the trail guide:
Young people (14-24) can gain access to the Trail Guide for free by creating an account on the Timothy Circle website.
- Maybe you could send a young person you know to www.timothycircle.com/young-adults to help them understand what the Timothy Circle is and how it could help them.
- Maybe you could let your youth worker staff or volunteers know about this resource.
- Maybe you could create a small group of young people and help them walk the Trail together. Our downloadable Facilitator Guide can help you lead such a group.
